It's an exciting fall after a wonderful summer.
DIRECTING:
-Directed the first public staged reading of Tony Nominee John Hererra's THE GREAT WRITER to a packed house at South Bend Civic Theatre.
-Capped another fantastic summer at Actor's Training Center by helming 9 to 5 at The Edge Theatre!
-I'll be collaborating with Kilroys List recognized playwright Georgette Kelly this fall to develop and workshop her gorgeous play HOW TO HERO, or THE SUBWAY Play in preparation for Spring at NEIU.
-I'm thrilled to be directing Naomi Iizuka's ANON(YMOUS) for the Children's Theatre Workshop at Northeastern Illinois University this October.
-And I'm rockin' out to lots of vinyl to prep for HIGH FIDELITY the musical in Northeastern's Stage Center Theatre this November to be followed by XANADU as a guest pro at Columbia College Chicago.
-Then in summer of '19, we'll be headed to the Greek islands for a bit of MAMMA MIA at ATC.
All in all a big year!

TEACHING:
I'm proud to announce that I've begun my appointment as tenure-track Assistant Professor of Performance and Directing at Northeastern Illinois University. Gratitude and joy barely begin to scratch the surface of my feelings about this remarkable job. I'm so inspired by our students and can't wait to build something special in Albany Park!
VOCAL COACHING AND DIALECTS:
This season kicked off for me with LINDA at Steep and continues with some of my favorite folks in the entire city with Steep's ZURICH directed by my great friend Brad Akin. Check it out!! Then I've just contracted with Piven Theatre to return to a frequent artistic home to work on HOPELESSLY DEVOTED by Kate Tempest!
